1. Saki Chat Monitor is an internal tool for authorised Saki Studio staff only. Access is granted and revoked by Saki Studio administrators.
2. Use it only to view and handle Saki Studio customer enquiries and bookings. Do not copy, export or share customer information outside that purpose.
3. Keep your Google account secure and sign out on shared devices.
4. Replies may only answer the customer's own enquiry (bookings, prices, schedule, payment). No promotions or unsolicited messages. Replies sent more than 24 hours after the customer's last message are for human customer support only (Meta "Human Agent" policy). Meta's and LINE's own terms also apply.
5. Every reply is recorded with the staff member's account.
6. The service is provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
